A four week Chinese Language Training course of Introductory, Elementary, Intermediate and Advanced Levels, from July 11 to August 8, is now open to international students who intend to study or improve Chinese competence.

| Accommodation and Canteens:
Double room: RMB 1000/month/bed, RMB 4000/semester/bed.
4-bed room: RMB 450/month/bed, RMB 1800/semester/bed.
Water & electricity fee: RMB 100 per person for one month. Extra cost shall be covered by students themselves.
Beddings: covered by students themselves.
Various restaurants, student and faculty canteens may well serve every appetite at a cost ranges from 8 to 10 RMB per meal.

Guangwai International Summer School Programme
Programme Description
This two-week programme aims to provide international students with opportunities to explore the secrets of China business, society and culture through lectures, seminars, discussions, visits to government and companies, and networking with people from different fields and backgrounds.
Duration of Study
Two weeks from around the end of July to early August each year. Confirmed schedule will be announced each year in advance

How to Apply?
1. Fill out the application form, prepare three passport-sized photos and one passport copy;
2. Complete a short and clear statement about why you choose this programme;
3. Pay the due programme fee and accommodation fee.
Eligibility
International students possess adequate English language proficiency. Upon finishing the program, there will be a free gala and certificate-issuing ceremony.

1. Programme fee: RMB 3500
2. Accommodation fee:
Option 1: double room RMB 1,120 per person;
Option 2: quad room RMB 820 per person;
l Water, electricity, beddings and internet fees are included.
Meals
Meal cards are available for participants to buy meals at campus canteens or to buy daily necessities in campus supermarket. The meal card is also for hot water supply in the dormitory. Various restaurants outside the campus serve meals at reasonable prices.
