학교에서는 입학 심사에 통과된 신청자에게 《입학통지서》와 《JW202표》를 우편으로 발급한다. 신청인 혹은 대리인이 직접 학교에 와서 찾아갈 수도 있다. 신청인은 이 두 서류와 여권을 가지고 거주국에 있는 중국대(영)사관에 가서 “X” 유학 비자를 신청하면 된다.
