North Campus, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, January 17th2018: On January 17th, John Molony, Vice President of Deakin University, Australia, led a delegation to visit GDUFS. JIAO Fangtai, Vice President of GDUFS, met with the guests in the VIP Hall of the Administration Building.

JIAO expressed his warmest welcome to the delegation and introduced the development of GDUFS. He mentioned the construction of subjects, the cultivation of elites and the international exchange in GDUFS. He hoped to deepen the communication and cooperation between the two universities, on the basis of maintaining the development of the Master of TESOL project.
John Molony gave a brief introduction of Deakin University concerning subjects, advanced subjects (especially Education) and the projects of international cooperation. The University has four campuses, among which the campus in Melbourne is the biggest. This campus also has the closest relationship with China, with the most Chinese students. He hoped that, with the deepening of communication and cooperation, the relationship between the two universities can be strengthened.
