In the summer vacation of 2021, Institute for International Education, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (hereinafter referred to as IIE and GDUFSrespectively) will offer online Chinese training programs, and the applicationfor admissionstarts now.

As a key university renowned for its distinctive international characteristics in South China, GDUFS has been accredited as one of the qualified universities for CSC Scholarship, as well as an HSK examination center. With over 30 years’ experience of teaching Chinese as a second language, the University has a highly specialized faculty of Chinese teaching. Based on the advantages of university internationalization and the rich experience and high-quality teachers of international students' Chinese training, IIE helps students improve their comprehensive Chinese levels and deepen their understanding of Chinese culture in a short period of time.

Program Period: June 28 to July 23，2021

Program Highlights: The Program is available in elementary, intermediate levels and focuses onComprehensive Chinese and Chinese Listening & Speaking courses, so that participants can improve their communication ability in a short period of time. Apart from that, tailor-made online lectures and cloud tours such asBusiness Hub for Over a Millennium---Guangzhou,cloud trips to renowned scenic spots in Guangzhou are also provided.

I. How to apply

II. Requirements

1. Good access tofacilities for online learning.

2. Good physical and mental health. The tuition fee will not be refunded if the participant is unable to continue learning due to the sudden illness caused by concealing the health condition or fails to obtain the visa due to the personal reasons of the participant.

3. Other conditions deemed to be met.

III. Fees

Tuition: RMB 2600

Application fee: RMB 300 (For First-time Applicant only)

Insurance: RMB 400

IV. Application Dead Line:

From issuance date on till June 20, 2021.

V. Payment of Tuition

*Please DO NOT pay before being notified after the program begins.

Payment method: By bank transferring. Please try to useaChinese bank account to transfer the tuition fee. If not, please choose overseas RMB remittance. After the bank transfer is successfully made, students must send the transfer voucher to email studyiniie@gdufs.edu.cn for confirmation, and the information“Passport Name+Nationality+summer 2021 Tuition fee” must be noted.
