Đối tượng xin lưu học được tiếp nhận sẽ được nhà trường gửi choGiấy thông báo nhập họcvàBảng JW202,hoặc đối tượng nhờ người đại diện đến trườngđểnhận hai văn kiện trên. Người xin lưu học cầm hai giấy tờ trên vàHộ chiếuđến Đại sứ quán hoặc Lãnh sự quán Trung Quốc ở nước sở tại để xin Visa loại “X” sang lưu học tại Trung Quốc.
